SPRING RANKINGS

HOW THIS LIST WAS COMPRISED!
The Class of 2016 Rankings were comprised by a collective vote of various summer / HS coaches within Greater Houston.  Every summer team is eligible to be represented by 1 ballot while Rcs Sports get 3 ballots. No parent may vote on a panel where their son is listed on ballot.  Once the ballots are totaled, the player with least points is #1, the second lowest score is #2, etc.
