In an area as large as Greater Houston, I feel it's totally unfair for one person to hold the sole responsibility of ranking underclassmen. This time of year, the volunteer summer coaches see these players up to five days per week. Therefore, why shouldn't they be included in this process? The following rising 11th graders were selected by a group of individuals representing various basketball interest, sneaker affiliations, etc. Ballots were submitted to representatives of various organizations, but completed and returned only by these individuals: Orin Bailey (D1 Ambassadors-Hstn), Christian Begg (Hstn Hoops), Rhossi Carron (Texas PRO-Rhossi), Jason Garner (Team Xplosion), Glenn Hickman (Hstn Pacers ITP), Rick Nelson (Hstn Elite), DeMarcus Peterson (Franchize Elite), Angelo Richardson (GCBC-Angelo), Peter Swengtham (AcademicRecruits.com), Frank Watson (Brazoria Ballers), and Jim Hicks (Rcs Sports) ballot counts as 3 votes.
